Hotel Marin Dream started again its operation from 01.07.2020 according to the decisions of the Greek government for the release of the measures against the corona virus.

We consider it is important to inform you directly of the measures we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our customers, stuff and associates at our facilities. Our staff professionally carries out the cleaning of all hosting areas by carefully following cleaning, hygiene and disinfection methods, according to the instructions of the National Public Health Organization.These include:

Development of an action plan by the management
Development of a plan for managing a suspected case of Covid-19
Regular training of our employees according to hygiene protocols
Apparent placement of hand disinfection devices in all departments
Frequent cleaning and disinfection of crowded places and frequent touched surfaces, including corridors, stairs and elevators
Immediate response to emergency cleaning
Based on the current concerns about the new virus (SARS-Cov-2), we have created accommodation rules so that along with the appropriate hygiene protocols and operating procedures, the pleasant and safe stay of our guests in the hotel is ensured. These rules of stay include:

The recommendation to our visitors to keep a distance of two (2) meters from the next in order of priority when approaching any indoor service area (reception, bar, buffet, etc.)
Providing to our guests, face masks of single use in case of coughing and/or sneezing, in all indoor public user areas of the hotel
Information on the maximum use of our elevators by two adults per room and with the recommendation of wearing face masks
The reduction of the capacity in our restaurant, due to the decisions of the government. We have shaped our space so we comply with the new required and safe distances
Adjusting the breakfast buffet so that is operating in accordance with the new hygiene protocols
Hotel staff suggests to our guests when entering and leaving the hotel and restaurant to use a special hand sanitizer that is mounted for this purpose
For the room service of our customers, we optimized the procedures for ordering, delivery and receiving of disk in their room, for their convenience
To avoid health problems of goods and/or third party services consumed within the hotel, it is not allowed food delivery services from a third provider
To avoid any health problems also, meetings and visits to the rooms are avoided and meeting points are suggested at specific points in the lobby as well as outside the hotel
We encourage our guests to contact any member of our team for suggestions and comments to improve our operation.
Our goal is to provide high quality personalized services. All the members of our teams are enthusiastic professionals, at the disposal of our guests and they respond effectively to their requests.

For our employees the management of the company has taken the following measures:

Restrictions on a limited number of people in the area of work are respected
We have provided all the protective equipment for proper hygiene and safety
We continue to disinfect work surfaces, as well as private/shared spaces
We encourage the restriction of social gatherings of the staff and maintain a safe distance between employees (1.5+ meters)

As a commitment to the health and well-being of our visitors, employees and society, we are closely following the developments regarding the new corona virus (SARS-Cov-2) with regular updates and guidance from the National Public Health Organization (E.O.D.Y.) and the Ministry of Health, as well as by additional governmental and European organizations. Based on the guidance we have received, we are confident that our facilities and services will be safe and that our staff will be ready to serve our customers.

All the staff of our company has shown in these unprecedented circumstances a high level of individual, social and professional responsibility. In addition to their immediate responsiveness to the strict rules of hygiene, operation and coordination, they are exemplary hosts and I thank them for that.
